The Center for Cultural Exchange is a grant-making foundation dedicated to advancing cultural understanding through arts and education programs in collaboration with diverse communities, artists and arts organizations in the state of Maine.

The Center for Cultural Exchange has been re-envisioned with a primary goal:

To increase opportunities for cultural and artistic expression for people of all backgrounds; to foster dissemination and transmission of both new and traditional creative art forms; to broaden audience involvement and access; and

to improve the livelihoods of artists and their opportunity to contribute to civic life.
